- iCube GmbH changes its name to ExxTainer Commerce GmbH, the main trademark of all BizzTainer product lines and related data models with the focus on e-business applications

- ExxTainer AG (Switzerland) founded to enforce sales activities of ExxTainer solutions internationally

- Creating an additional BizzTainer solution especially for the Swiss market - the SwissTainer solution, fullfilling the Swiss EDI-guides and implementation it at Syntrade AG,
